WHAT'S YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase please email us at serviceme@theeighth.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery. In your email, please include your order number, reason for the return and item/size for exchange, if applicable.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging in the same condition that you received them. Please note; we only accept returns on unworn underwear. Also, if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept your return. 

For first time, eligible returns or exchanges, we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to print and paste on the original packaging (or something similar). Remember to include a copy of the packing slip and your order number and we'll take care of the rest. 

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we'll let you know we've received them and inspected the items. If approved, we will issue a refund or credit / exchange within approximately 48 hours. Please allow for 10 business days to see returns reflected on your credit card statement. And of course, if you have any questions, please email us at serviceme@theeighth.com  

 

CAN I RETURN UNDERWEAR?

Yes, unworn underwear in its original condition with all tags and packaging may be returned within the allowed time. We do not accept returns on underwear that's been worn. However we will issue merchandise credit for select orders to exchange for another size or style if it just doesn't fit. Our underwear are made with the perfect amount of stretch, so as long as you order the size you typically wear, we're confident they'll fit. Questions before you buy?
